Called direct from Texas to place an order and spoke with a young lady, I think her name was Carolyn. She was fantastic and worked with me to create a wonderful basket of Christmas cactus etc. for delivery to a sister-in-law in a Richmond hospital. I had looked at a couple of florist websites located in VA and wasn't very excited about the floral arrangements. I wanted something different to send my sister-in-law for her birthday. My son recommended your florist and I am glad that I ordered from you. My sister-in-law lovedthe neon flower colors. I had a very pleasant experience. I particularly liked the fact that I had 250 characters to express my sentiments on the card that came with the flowers.
Although I have lived in New York City for 15 years now, I lived in Richmond for much of my youth and knew Fuqua & Sheffield as a Richmond tradition.
My mother had been admitted to the St. Mary's hospital and so I immediately looked your florist up due to your proximity to this facility. The flower came the next day and my Mother said that they were beautiful. Thanks for your assistance!

Because I live out of country, I really had to trust the florist for selection and delivery. I learned of your shop from one of my colleages here in the Middle East. After placing the order, I was not sure that the plant would be delviered in time for the service.
